Return Policy

We hearty want you to be satisfied with your purchase and if for any reasons you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, don’t worry. We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have a satisfactory experience at Dana Dano Jewelry.

To qualify for a return:

– The item must be on its original condition that you received it (tags, box, and pouch included)

– The item must be unworn, unaltered, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging, proof of purchase, warranty and instructions

– The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it. (After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.)

 

Exclusions:

We are unable to return the below items

– Earrings and pierces (for hygiene reasons)

– Engraved, customized and monogrammed products

– Gift cards

 

Shipping costs:

All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D (Cash On Delivery) deliveries.   

 

Refunds:

All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we process a refund. Once our Quality Assurance team confirms that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Returns and refunds will be made only subject to any applicable Consumer Law and Dana Dano General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

We will refund you in the same way you originally paid for your purchase. Refunds will only be made to the debit/credit card or financial account used for the original purchase (in the buyer’s name), so please be aware of this if you intend to return an item that was given to you as a gift.

Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Wrong or defective items:

If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Please include a simple note in the box containing the reason for the return. Put the product in a suitable package so that it is not damaged during transportation. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive them.
