Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping tracking number via email. Simply click on the tracking number link provided in the email to easily keep tracking your order until you get it.

Technically, when we send an order, we cannot change its shipping address anymore. However, if less than 12 hours have passed since placing the order, please email us at info@danadano.com. We will do our best, but there are no guarantees.

As mentioned, unfortunately, it is completely out of our control to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. Most parcels with incorrect shipping addresses will be returned to us, resulting in additional charges to resend them to the correct address. Please note that we are not responsible for any extra charges incurred due to an incorrect address. However, if you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us. As always, we will do our best to assist you.

We currently ship to Canada, United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirate, and United Kingdom (UK). We are continually working to expand our shipping destinations, so stay tuned for updates on additional countries we may serve in the future.

We systematically and continuously monitor the quality of our products in R&D department, manufacturing partners, and shipping department to ensure that all processes meet Dana Dano’s quality standards.

When in the shipping department, each piece of jewelry passes the quality check control before sending to customers, we are confident in the quality of the items that customers will receive. So, we proudly and confidently offer a one-year warranty on all our products.

However, in any system, there is a possibility of errors. Hence, we always carefully monitor our customers’ satisfaction level. And once, we discover that a product has a problem, we immediately will try to solve the problem with seriousness and responsibility followed by modifying our system to prevent repetition.

We responsibly offer a one-year warranty on all products. The warranty doesn’t cover the following cases

Items not purchased directly from Dana Dano
Lost or stolen items
Damages caused by improper use of products
Items with modifications done by third parties

We hearty want you to be satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, don’t worry. We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have a satisfactory experience at Dana Dano Jewelry.

To qualify for a return:

– The item must be in its original condition that you received it (tags, box, and pouch included)

– The item must be unworn, unaltered, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging, proof of purchase, warranty and instructions

– The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it. (After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.)

Exclusions:

We are unable to return the items below

– Pierces (for hygiene reasons)

– Engraved, customized, and monogrammed products

– Gift cards

Shipping costs:

All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) deliveries.

Refunds:

All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we process a refund. Once our Quality Assurance team confirms that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Returns and refunds will be made only subject to any applicable Consumer Law and Dana Dano General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

We will refund you in the same way you originally paid for your purchase. Refunds will only be made to the debit/credit card or financial account used for the original purchase (in the buyer’s name), so please be aware of this if you intend to return an item that was given to you as a gift.

Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please include a simple note in the box containing your order number and the reason for the return. Put the product in a suitable package so that it is not damaged during transportation. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive them.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect item to info@danadano.com. Our customer service team will help you solve this problem immediately.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as PayPal.

No, we do not collect or have access to any customer’s bank information. All payments are processed securely through third-party services such as Visa, PayPal, etc. Your bank information remains confidential and is not stored or accessed by us at any time.

It depends on the destination country.

  • Canada: We collect HST at the checkout for Canadian customers
  • United States and International: We don’t collect any kinds of Duty and Taxes. However, for some countries, import customs fees and taxes may apply to some items and the customer is responsible for paying any taxes and customs if applicable in the destination country.
